We are on the lookout for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our Johannesburg-based team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in blockchain technologies and a passion for developing decentralized applications. You will work closely with other developers and stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that will have a significant impact on the tech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and other blockchain networks.
• Assess and mitigate potential security risks in blockchain applications.
• Contribute to the development of blockchain strategy and architecture.
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders to understand and implement needs.
• Research and propose improvements to blockchain technologies used in projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Blockchain or Cryptography is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain integrated systems
