Job Description

As a Veterinary Surgeon at Animal Care Clinic in Cape Town, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions in pets. You will work collaboratively with our team of dedicated veterinary professionals to provide exceptional care to our clients' beloved companions. Responsibilities

• Perform routine check-ups and emergency surgeries on various species of pets.
• Develop treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.
• Collaborate with external specialists as needed for advanced care.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs.
• Assist in training veterinary interns and support staff in clinical practices.
• Ensure high standards of patient's welfare and care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Postgraduate diploma is an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a veterinary role, especially in surgical practice.
