Job Description

The Asphalt Blender will be responsible for blending and producing high-quality asphalt products according to company standards. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality assurance throughout the blending process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials.
• Keep detailed records of production and quality checks.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product standards are met.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment and processes.
• Support the team in achieving production targets.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate
• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or construction will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.

Technical Skills

• Experience with mobile blending machines
• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with safety regulations: Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental policies.
• Previous experience in a similar role: Prior experience in asphalt production or related fields is a plus.
