Job Description

As an Ethnologist, you will conduct research to understand the cultural practices and social structures of various ethnic groups. Your insights will guide businesses and organizations in effectively engaging with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ethnographic studies focused on specific demographics or cultural groups.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for various sectors including government and NGOs.
  • Conduct workshops and community outreach initiatives to foster collaboration.
  • Design and implement surveys to gather quantitative data that complements qualitative studies.
  • Mentor junior researchers and interns in ethnographic methods.
  • Utilize statistical software to analyze large datasets where applicable.
  • Participate in relevant conferences and present research outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
