Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting users with IT-related issues.
• Perform regular system checks and proactive maintenance.
• Assist with the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects related to tech upgrades.
• Document and manage support requests using our ticketing system.
• Provide on-site technical support for meetings and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in tech support

• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
