Job Description

As a Healthcare Administration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare services in Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include managing healthcare operations, overseeing compliance with regulations, and implementing policies that enhance patient care and staff performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare management and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities and services.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgeting and financial processes within the department.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to enhance service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance levels.
  • Monitor patient care quality and assist in improving processes.
  • Drive initiatives for cost reduction while enhancing service quality.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Advise management on staffing needs and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's Degree in Public Health is an advantage

  • 5+ years in healthcare management roles
