Job Description

We are looking for a talented Project Manager in Johannesburg who will facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain project quality throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish project performance metrics and evaluate project outcomes against them.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate project uncertainties.
• Coordinate procurement of necessary resources and materials for project completion.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure its accessibility.
• Support project teams in troubleshooting issues that may arise during execution.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance project management skills.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in relevant project management roles

Technical Skills

• MS Project or equivalent software
• Financial Acumen

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Time Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean project management tools: Experience using Lean principles to improve project delivery.
