Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. This role is crucial for providing excellent technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in network management, and help maintain our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining servers and network infrastructure.
• Provide user training on newly implemented software and tools.
• Help in the setup of workstations and peripheral devices.
• Identify opportunities for improving IT processes and services.
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members on projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Additional certifications in networking are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate environments

• Troubleshooting Hardware/Software Issues

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
