Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability of critical systems and applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Implement best practices for system provisioning and configurations.
• Engage in root cause analysis of incidents to prevent future issues.
• Build tools for internal use that enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production support or related experience

Technical Skills

• Scripting Languages (Python, Bash)
• Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator
• CompTIA Cloud+

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Terraform and Ansible: Hands-on experience with Terraform for automation and Ansible for configuration management.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile practices in project management and software development.
