Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator at Logistics Experts, you will play a critical role in managing and improving our logistics operations. You will coordinate shipments, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining excellent communication with our clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Process orders and track shipments to ensure accurate delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for logistics processes.
• Generate reports on logistics performance and costs.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve any shipment-related issues.
• Manage the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain.
• Maintain communications with customers about delivery schedules.
• Assist in the development of logistics policies and procedures.
• Train new recruits on logistics processes and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

• Supply Chain Management Software
