Job Description

We are seeking a Leather Products Supervisor to oversee the production of high-quality leather items. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of skilled artisans, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining our high standards for quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leather production team, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Lead team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Implement new process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure production aligns with business goals.
• Report on production metrics and provide insights for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external health and safety regulations.
• Maintain an organized record of production activities and schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Advanced certification in Manufacturing or Logistics is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing role.
