You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and increasing online sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT to ensure the website is functioning optimally.

• Coordinate with design teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Develop customer loyalty programs to enhance engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce or related field
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management
