Responsibilities

• Direct all warehouse operations and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Streamline inventory tracking through advanced software solutions.
• Conduct safety training and audits to promote workplace safety.
• Manage supplier relationships for optimal logistics performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Plan and implement seasonal staffing strategies for peak times.
• Prepare reports on warehouse KPIs for management review.
• Engage in cost analysis and budgeting for warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Logistics Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a senior warehouse management role
