Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineering Specialist to improve production efficiency and reduce waste in our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing workflows, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes and create a plan for improvements.
• Engage with suppliers to incorporate the latest technologies and materials.
• Facilitate workshops for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document processes and provide clear training materials to enhance team efficiency.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and forecast requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Process Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in process improvement and engineering
