Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and valuation of companies.
• Prepare pitch books and presentations for client meetings.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support transaction processes.
• Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial goals.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and business strategies.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Prepare and review regulatory filings for transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or related roles
