Job Description

As an Architect with our firm in Pretoria, you will be integral in designing, planning, and executing architectural projects. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure innovative design solutions while maintaining sustainability as a core value.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative and sustainable architectural designs.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
  • Lead design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor budget and time constraints during project delivery.
  • Research and apply building materials and construction techniques.
  • Generate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Assess and liaise with regulatory bodies for necessary approvals.
  • Undertake risk assessments to mitigate project risks.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in architectural practice
