Corporate Finance Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Finance Associate to assist in executing various transactions and providing analytical support. You will be involved in due diligence, financial modelling, and preparing reports that align with our clients’ financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise on capital structure and financial performance optimization.
• Support the execution of corporate transactions from initiation through to completion.
• Help identify and assess strategic investment opportunities.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting efforts.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess business performance.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Honours degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking

Technical Skills

• Financial Modelling
• Market Analysis

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 (or higher)
• Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with financial software tools: Familiarity with software such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar tools.
• Network in the finance industry: Having contacts within the finance sector can be beneficial.
