Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Pretoria. As a crucial part of our medical research efforts, you will coordinate and monitor clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protocol integrity. Responsibilities

• Facilitate the coordination and monitoring of various clinical trials.
• Create and maintain recruitment databases for tracking potential participants.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure timely approval of clinical study protocols.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate compliance with protocols and ensure quality data collection.
• Collaborate with pharmacovigilance teams to monitor patient safety throughout the trial.
• Document all findings and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Participate in the analysis of data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of training materials for study staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Certification in Clinical Research is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a related clinical research role
