Project Engineer

Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with stakeholders and clients to develop project specifications, as well as lead project teams to achieve engineering solutions that are both efficient and sustainable. Your role will involve continuous improvement and the application of engineering principles to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
• Utilize project management software to track project status.
• Deliver presentations and reports to the Engineering Manager.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders for future projects.
• Conduct training and onboarding for new team members.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Recommend improvements for project management processes.
• Facilitate project status meetings and maintain action logs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering projects

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Quality Assurance Techniques

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
