Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a key role in our production line, assisting in the manufacturing of long goods. This role involves setting up machines, feeding them with materials, and monitoring operations to ensure efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery safely.
• Feed raw materials accurately into machines.
• Inspect machinery for functionality and report any issues.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards prior to packaging.
• Keep work areas tidy and organized to promote safety.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Work in conjunction with machine operators to maximize production efficiency.
• Take on additional duties as requested by management.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as needed.
