We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on hardware systems.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Provide remote assistance to clients when required.
  • Work with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Support the IT Manager with technical projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to team meetings and collaborate on IT strategy.
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements for IT processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
Technical Skills
  • ITIL Framework
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
