Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be pivotal in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Respond to user-reported issues and manage tickets in a timely manner.
• Configure and maintain network printers and peripherals.
• Assist in managing network infrastructure and security.
• Document processes and create user manuals for software applications.
• Work with external vendors for hardware and software support as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 1-3 years experience in IT support or help desk environment
