Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements through various qualitative methods.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, and widgets.
• Collaborate with product teams to define the overall look and feel of product features.
• Create cohesive style guides and design pattern libraries.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our design process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design roles or equivalent experience

Technical Skills

• UserTesting

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
