Responsibilities

• Lead user experience initiatives from concept through to launch.
• Create user personas and customer journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Translate complex ideas into simple and engaging designs.
• Foster a user-centered design approach across the business.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design roles or equivalent experience

Technical Skills

• UserTesting
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
