Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a passion for driving project success through excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Assist in the development and management of the project budget.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a similar industry
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)

Languages
  • English: Fluent
