Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our Cape Town branch. In this role, you will assist pharmacists in various tasks, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail, paving the way for a smooth pharmacy operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Seek opportunities to improve customer service and pharmacy operations.
• Utilize pharmacy software to manage prescriptions and patient profiles.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain pharmacy knowledge and skills.
• Consult patients regarding prescription refills and over-the-counter products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• A qualification in health sciences is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Technical Skills

• Clinical Knowledge
