Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive budget plans.
• Perform monthly close procedures and variance analyses.
• Support financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide requested information.
• Train and mentor junior accountants in cost accounting practices.
• Prepare detailed reports for management to facilitate strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CIMA certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
