Civil Engineer

Job Description

Join our Bloemfontein-based team as a Civil Engineer. The role entails working on exciting civil engineering projects, from conception through to completion. You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to meet design specifications and adhere to project deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from initial design through to completion.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Develop innovative solutions to technical challenges in the field.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists to ensure sustainability.
• Review and finalize project plans and specifications.
• Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with national and local regulations in all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's or higher is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering

Technical Skills

• Geotechnical Engineering
• Hydraulic Engineering

Languages
