Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Architectural Technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed drawings and models, utilizing advanced technologies to enhance the architectural design process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of construction documentation.
• Engage with clients to gather project requirements and feedback.
• Utilize visualization techniques to enhance design proposals.
• Create and modify existing architectural models for clarity.
• Track building progress and report discrepancies to the team.
• Support the senior team in project delivery and client relations.
• Train junior staff in best practices of architectural technology.
• Conduct research on local building trends and sustainability practices.
• Critically review and assess drawings for quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural technology, including advanced CAD skills

• Registered Professional Technologist

Languages

• English: Fluent
