We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will analyze financial data to inform business decisions and support our financial planning processes. Your analytical skills will aid in forecasting and budgeting efforts, while your reporting will provide insights that guide strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Produce detailed budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and detail.
• Collaborate with operations to track spending and revenues.
• Analyze variances between projected and actual financial outcomes.
• Support the finance team in compiling annual reports.
• Develop dashboards to visualize key metrics for management.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting.
• Engage with external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
• Help prepare ad hoc reports for management as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA) are desirable

Experience

• 4+ years in financial analysis with proven track record
