Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries in Johannesburg. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through problem-solving processes, and maintaining optimal operation of our hardware and software. We're seeking someone with a proactive attitude and a desire to enhance our IT services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
