Residential Design Coordinator

Job Description

As a Residential Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing design projects, liaising directly with clients to understand their needs, and devising innovative solutions. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and brainstorming sessions with team members.
• Create and revise detailed drawings and specifications.
• Assist in sourcing materials and furnishings for projects.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotional materials for completed projects.
• Participate in client meetings and address any design-related queries.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design or residential coordination
