Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care to patients with respiratory issues, performing assessments and treatments while collaborating closely with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ respiratory conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient responses to treatment.
• Assure proper functioning of respiratory equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Educate patients about self-management strategies and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and therapy outcomes accurately.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Assist in research projects to improve respiratory care practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and interns.
• Engage with community outreach programs to promote respiratory health awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare or a related field

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a respiratory therapy role

Certifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
