Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project development from conception to completion.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, providing clear direction to the project team.
• Conduct performance evaluations of project outcomes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports to senior management.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior project management staff, contributing to their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects and teams

Certifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Languages
