Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers to implement design solutions accurately and effectively.
• Sketch and design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to better understand user needs.
• Analyze and report on design metrics post-launch to assess user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate in cross-departmental teams to enhance product features through user-centered design.
• Conduct usability testing and apply insights to improve the overall user experience.
• Assist in maintaining a comprehensive design system to ensure uniformity in digital products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX Design or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• Visual Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
