Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and helping others. In this role, you will assist users with software, hardware, and network-related problems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support for technical issues submitted by users.
• Set up hardware and install software applications for employees.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to IT processes and procedures.
• Work with external vendors for equipment repairs and service.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to minimize future disruptions.
• Assist with network configuration and maintenance.
• Provide end-user training on software applications and tools.
• Assist with inventory management of IT resources.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk role

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Active Directory

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+

Languages

• English: Fluent
