Responsibilities

• Perform psychological evaluations and medical history reviews.
• Facilitate therapy sessions both individually and in groups.
• Create and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Engage with other health professionals to enhance patient treatment.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide guidance to families and caregivers on mental health issues.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and training initiatives.

Advantageous

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA): Must be a registered clinical psychologist with valid HPCSA registration.
• Experience in group therapy settings: Experience managing and conducting group therapy sessions.
