Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural designs and calculations.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluate structural integrity.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to create integrated designs.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support for construction teams.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Revit
• SAP2000

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• SAICE Membership (South African Institution of Civil Engineering)

Languages

• English: Fluent
