Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Schedule regular check-ins with project teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate trainings and resource allocation for project teams.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions after project completion to improve future practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5 years of experience managing technical projects

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Project
• Risk Management

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certification in Project Management (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
