Job Description

The Bacon Slicer is responsible for preparing and slicing different types of bacon products for commercial use, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and slice various bacon products.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain equipment used in the slicing process.
  • Follow safety protocols effectively.
  • Keep workspace organized and sanitary.
  • Work alongside team members for optimal throughput.
  • Achieve daily production quotas.
  • Comply with all company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years experience in food production or similar role
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Training in meat processing and handling
Soft Skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Physical stamina and dexterity
Certifications
  • Certification in meat processing and handling
Languages
  • English: Fluent
