Job Description

Join our dynamic engineering team as an Electrical Engineer in Johannesburg. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality electrical systems, solutions, and services that adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project proposals and designs.
• Liaise with clients to ascertain their needs and requirements.
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers and interns within the team.
• Research and integrate new electrical engineering methodologies into project designs.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and report on progress.
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Assess project requirements for staffing and resource allocation.
• Provide estimates and technical recommendations to the project team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• PhD is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive electrical engineering experience

• Energy Manager Certification (CEM)
