Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility meets all regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist in strategic planning and implementation of healthcare initiatives.
• Prepare and manage budgets for various departments.
• Conduct regular assessments of operational procedures.
• Promote a patient-centric approach to healthcare service delivery.
• Implement administrative systems that improve efficiencies.
• Host workshops and training sessions for staff on compliance and ethics.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
