Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and support.
• Assist customers in finding desired products.
• Process transactions and manage cash register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Engage in product training and stay up to date with new arrivals.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Any relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.

• Point of Sale Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in other official South African languages: Ability to communicate in Zulu, Afrikaans, or Xhosa is a plus.
