UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a portfolio showcasing innovative and compelling designs. You'll be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and ensuring an exceptional user experience across our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user flows to improve usability.
• Facilitate design workshops to gather insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices.
• Update and maintain existing designs based on user feedback.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• A Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a design-related role

• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent
