Responsibilities

• Offer desktop support for IT-related issues.
• Analyze system performance and provide recommendations.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new software.
• Keep inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs.
• Perform security audits and updates on IT systems.

Requirements

Education

• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of technical support experience
