Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Sports Coach to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will develop and implement training programs that cater to athletes of all skill levels. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a love for sports within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Design competitive strategies aligned with athletes' strengths.
  • Mentor junior coaches and share knowledge.
  • Facilitate workshops and training camps for skill development.
  • Evaluate and enhance coaching techniques based on best practices.
  • Prepare reports on athlete performance and training outcomes.
  • Develop partnerships with local sports clubs and organizations.
  • Champion the values of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Physical Education or Sports Management
  • Masters in Sports Science is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of coaching experience with competitive teams
