Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Counsel patients regarding the proper use of prescribed medications.
• Provide healthcare professionals with accurate medication information.
• Manage the pharmaceutical inventory efficiently.
• Monitor patient health and progress and document outcomes.
• Participate in health and wellness initiatives to promote better patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial regulations.
• Conduct medication reviews and assessments.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with pharmaceutical practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Advanced qualifications in Pharmaceutical Sciences are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist

• CPR and Basic Life Support Certification
