• Monitor financial KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Assist with year-end audits and preparation of documentation.
• Develop and implement reporting tools for financial tracking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
