Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will coordinate and monitor clinical trials, liaising with study sites and research coordinators to ensure compliance with protocols and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor clinical trials to ensure protocol adherence.
• Conduct site visits and audits to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with investigators and coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of clinical research.
• Collect, review, and maintain study data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Develop and maintain study files and documentation for record-keeping.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clinical site personnel regarding protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Clinical Research: Having certification such as ACRP or SOCRA is considered an advantage.
