Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Quilt Maker who is passionate about textiles and eager to create bespoke quilts. The ideal candidate should have experience in sewing and quilting, with the ability to combine creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple quilting projects simultaneously.
• Create samples for new designs to present to potential clients.
• Participate in community quilting events for exposure.
• Provide assistance in the preparation and hosting of workshops.
• Conduct quality checks on all finished products.
• Collaborate with fabric suppliers for the best materials.
• Stay informed about new tools and technologies in the quilting industry.
• Support the team in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Create a visually appealing workspace that reflects our brand.
• Mentor and lead less experienced team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or a diploma in fashion design is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of direct experience in quilting and sewing.

Technical Skills

• Machine operation
