Our Durban office is in search of a knowledgeable Environmental Consultant who can provide expert guidance on environmental regulations and best practices. You will be responsible for conducting impact assessments and collaborating with clients to implement sustainable solutions. If you are passionate about the environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental site assessments and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with local authorities for compliance requirements.
• Engage in public outreach for environmental community programs.
• Compile and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or relevant field

Experience

• 4+ years in environmental impact assessments or consulting

Technical Skills

• Sustainability Practices

Certifications

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in Environmental Policy: Understanding of environmental policy frameworks and implications.
• Experience with Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs): Hands-on practice in conducting EIAs for various projects.
